CEX160 Hanging Hearts Card

Stamps by:  Hanging Hearts by SonLight; Sayings by Ann-ticipations, Azadi Earles, Eureka!

Supplies needed:

Double stick tape or glue
Dries clear adhesive

Measurements:

Main card:  5 1/2 x 8 1/2
Folds to 4 1/4 x   5 1/2
Decorative Panel: 4 x 5 1/4

Instructions:

1.  Place heart onto support cardstock and detail trim.
2.  Layer the decorative panel onto the main card.
3.  Position the heart onto the main card.
4.  Complete the inside of the card.  Both Valentine and generic sayings are included.
5.  Glue on the accessories.  Allow to dry.
6.  Simple, but cute!!

CEX161  St. Patrick's Day Shamrock Basket 2005

Stamps by:  Basket by Darcies;  Sayings by Azadi, Darcies, and Touche

Shamrocks are purchased foam pieces.

Supplies needed:

Double stick tape or glue
Pop dots:  1/8 inch 

Measurements:

Main card:  7 x 10
Folds to:  5 x7
White layer:  4 3/4 x 6 3/4
Decorative Layer:  4 1/2 x 6 1/2

Instructions:

1.  Place basket on support stock and detail trim.
2.  Layer white and decorative panel onto the main card.
3.  Complete the inside of the card
4.  Using pop dots, position the basket onto the main card.
5.  Position on the Happy St. Patrick's Day.
6.  Start positioning the shamrocks.  They are on double stick foam, so you just need to remove the backing to adhere them to the card.  Also, they seem to stick to each other and the velvet very well.  We will have to see how well they continue to stick. 
7.  May the Luck of the Irish be with YOU!!!

CEX162  St. Patrick's Day Layers

Stamps by:  Background with Shamrocks by Northwoods Stamps;  Sayings by Azadi, Touche, and Darcies.

Supplies needed:

Double stick tape or glue
Dries clear adhesive
Pop Dots:  1/16, 1/8, 1/4

Instructions:

1.  Place velvet piece onto support stock and detail trim the "fullest" shamrocks.
2.  Layer on the white panel and decorative panels.
3.  Complete the inside of the card.
4.  Place saying onto the main card.
5.  Position shamrocks onto the main card using the three sizes of pop dots.
6.  Using the dries clear adhesive, glue on the rhinestones and allow to dry.
7.  Top o' the morning ladies!!

CEX163 Old Rugged Cross Card

Stamps by:  Cross by Eureka!,  For God so Love and other sayings by Sonlight.

Supplies needed:

Double stick tape or glue
Dries clear adhesive
Pop Dots:  1/8 inch
Deckle or other decorative scissors
Brown ink pad
Sponge

Measurements:

Main card:
Folds to: 
Saying panel: 

Instructions

1.  Detail trim the cross image (not on support stock).  Place on the brown cardstock and trim with the decorative scissors.
2.  Using the decorative scissors, trim the front panel of the card.  Using the brown ink pad, sponge around the edges.
3.  Slip the corners onto the edge of the panel.  ***Note:  because these corners are more decorative than functional, we place a piece of double stick tape on the back part way on the corner and part way on the card.  Then, attach the front panel to the card.
4.  Complete the inside of the card.
5.  Using pop dots, attach the cross to the card.
6.  Using dries clear adhesive, attach the "Crown of Thorns" to the cross.  Allow to dry.
