CEX169 Teddy Bear Couple
Stamps by: Bear by Impressive Stamps; Hats and
Vest by Heartlooms; Sayings by Stampendous!, Darcies, Embossing
Arts, Posh Impressions (there are a lot of sayings that would work with
this card).
Supplies needed:
Double Stick Tape or Glue
Dries Clear Adhesive
Pop Dots: 1/8 & 1/16 inch |
|
Instructions:
1. Place the bears and the hats onto support stock
and detail trim. ****The vests are not on support stock****.
Detail trim the vests as well.
2. Layer on the decorative panel.
3. Complete the inside of the card.
4. Using the 1/16 pop dots, position the bears onto the main card.
5. Using the 1/8 pop dots, position the hats onto the bears.
Remember that pop dots will not stick to velvet, so make sure your pop
dots are on the main card and not the bears.
6. Using the Dries Clear Adhesive, glue on the rhinestones and
flower. ***I cut off one leaf of two of the roses so they would
cluster better. I did not cut them off of the ones I sent just in
case the other side would unravel. You can cut it off (if desired)
and immediately glue them onto the hat. Allow to dry.
7. The envelope available is a bit "roomy". You can
cut it down if you desire.

CEX170 Floral Shoe Card
2005
Stamps by: Shoe by Heartlooms; Bouquet by Me
and Carrie Lou; Sayings by Stampendous!, Me and Carrie Lou, and
Penny Black
Supplies needed:
Double Stick Tape or Glue
Dries Clear Adhesive
Pop Dots: 1/16 and 1/8 inch
Colored Pencils
Markers

|
Instructions:
1. Place the shoe onto the support stock and detail trim.
2. Color the complete image on the appropriate card piece (we used
colored pencils underneath and then a wash over the top with an extremely
light colored marker. It really blends nicely). Color just the flowers on the extra
image. On the "extra" flowers, be sure to color
"over the edge" of each section. Then, when it is cut out
you will not have any white spots showing around the color.
3. Layer the decorative paper and flower panel onto the main card.
4. Layer the inside sayings, papers, and cardstock.
5. Using the 1/8 inch pop dots, attach the shoe to the main card.
6. Using a combination of the pop dots, position the flowers onto
the main card.
7. Using the dries clear adhesive, glue the rhinestones and buttons
to the main card. Allow to dry.
8. Color the envelope if desired. |

|
Instructions:
1. Cut out and color the bear (we used markers).
Allow to dry.
2. Place velvet sunflower onto support stock and detail trim.
Cut out the inside of the sunflower as well.
3. Layer on the decorative paper inside and out.
4. Using the 1/8 inch pop dots, attach the sunflower to the main
card. ***You will position the inside bear after you have cut the
hole. So, your sunflower does not need to be in one exact
location.***
|
5. Cut the hole in the main card. The inside hole actually
needs to be bigger than the one on the sunflower. So, after you have
it initially cut from the outside, you will need to trim extra off from
the inside.
6. Tape the bear image to the gold and detail trim again.
7. Using the 1/16 inch dots, attach the bear to the main card paying
attention, of course, that she is looking through the hole.
8. Cut out and place the sunflowers in the inside.
9. Position the saying on the front and the signature card inside
(not shown).
10. Using a thin black marker, "dash" around the
saying. You could also "dash" around your signature card.
11. Using dries clear adhesive, glue on the rhinestones (on the
bear's hatband) and allow to dry. |

CEX172 Gingerbread House
Stamps by: House and all parts by
Heartlooms; Trees by Posh Impressions; Sayings by Penny Black
and Hero Arts
Supplies needed:
Double stick tape or glue
Dries clear adhesive
Pop Dots: 1/16, 1/8, and 1/16 inches

Instructions:
1. Place all images onto support stock and detail
trim. ****For the snow on the chimney, place the image back onto the
piece of PNS (after it is on the cardstock) included in your kit and then
detail trim.****
2. Layer on the cardstock and decorative panel.
3. Complete the inside of the card.
4. Using 1/8 inch pop dots, position the house onto the card first.
5. Using 1/4 inch pop dots, position the snow onto the house.
Remember that pop dots do not stick to velvet, so all your pop dots are on
the card. The rest of the roof is supported by the pop dots on the
house. Do not place a pop dot where the chimney needs to slip in.
6. Put the snow piece onto the chimney. Position the chimney
under the roof. It is just flat on our card, but you could use the
thinnest pop dots if desired.
7. Position the trees onto the main card. These can be flat or
with the thinnest pop dots.
8. Using dries clear adhesive, glue all the buttons onto the house
and allow to dry.
9. This house set is just too fun I could not wait to send
it!!! We also created a non-snow roof, so we have a lot of fun ideas
with this house set!! |
