love--right? But not many people honesty get that opportunity.
We are fortunate enough to be working at something we love (we have other
jobs that are often debatable) at least part-time. We have found
that even though we are busier than when we just had one job each, we are
much happier because we have a creative outlet!! And, as many of you
have found, the need to be creative is so much more important than
previously thought. If we had to choose between playing with our
stamps or eating, most of the time we would choose playing with our
stamps!!! How about you? This exciting business opportunity
will earn you extra income or at least pay for your stamping
habit!!
This is how our system works: After purchasing an initial starter's kit from us, you will do presentations at stamping clubs or you will host your own presentations or arrange for others to host presentations for you. We have discovered now that we have contact with people all over the United States, many, many communities have stamping clubs. Many of you are probably already involved in one. You have 10-100 people as prospective customers!! If you are fortunate enough to be involved in a large club, you may be set after one presentation!! Most stampers are always looking for new ways to use their stamps, and we have yet to see anyone who does Velvet Embossing the Heartlooms Way!! Velvet done our way is new to everybody!! And, velvet done our way is very exciting!! It is quite magical!!
At each presentation, you will present velvet embossing to your audience. You will show the various products that we carry and you will take orders. Your starter's kit will have examples of everything we carry with the exceptions of (all of ) the stamps. You will also have catalog pages that can be handed out to those in attendance without computers. You will have the pages with the stamps that we do carry for your audience to look at as well. Most stamps in the world do work for Velvet Embossing, but most velvets do not.
You will receive 30% off all merchandise ordered. The only items that are excluded are The Creative Express programs and card kits. There is a lot of work involved in those and we just cannot take that discount.
Your customers will place their orders with you. They may place them at each presentation or whenever. We will work up an order form with all of your information as well as our information. Each person will pay 5% of their total for shipping charges. We figured several different dollar amounts and 5% seems to be very accurate. If we find we need to adjust that figure in either direction, it will be done and you will be notified. When you place your order with us, you can do it in a basic email form because we will have your credit card information on file (off-line) here. We are pretty good at getting orders out within 24 hours. If something is out of stock, the rest of the order will be shipped. The out of stock item will be shipped as soon as possible.
When you place your order with us, you can just list everything out. Please figure the 30% off and list it. Then we can figure your discount as well and make sure our figures agree. The postage will be figured on the full retail amount ordered. Your order will be placed onto your credit card (which, again, is in an off-line file here).
Since you are planning this business venture for yourself, you will seriously want to think about purchasing a Creative Express Package. The more wonderful examples that you have to show your customers, the more you will sell!!
You will be required to sell $100.00 (after your discount) each month.

**Crafter's Strips will show the size for one thing and then the different textures and contents. We have found that it is more cost effective to order the Peel'n'Stick in the larger size and cut them down ourselves. As many of you may have noticed with our cards, we do a lot of embellishment. The Accessory Kit is a plastic storage bin with 18 compartments. Each compartment will be filled with different buttons, rhinestones, bows, ribbons, charms, etc. You won't be able to wait to paw through all the fun extras!!
