Black Marker

Decorative Panels: 2 1/2 x 5 1/2

|
Instructions:
***Just a note***
For some reason, I had an extremely difficult time getting these cards to
fold correctly. So, you will for sure need to trim the decorative
paper to fit the final size of your card.
1. Both bears will go on white cardstock for color
support. Detail trim.
2. Detail trim the inside hearts.
3. Detail trim the hat. Using the black marker, do some
detailing to give it some shape. We outlined the entire hat, filled
in the "band", and the shadow of the opening.
4. Layer all the decorative panels onto the main card.
5. Position the bears onto the main card. It does take a bit
of positioning to have them kiss. Ours are on the card flat, but if
you want to pop dot, knock yourself out!!
6. Pop dot on Mr. Bear's hat.
7. Complete the inside of the card. On our sample, we have one
inside panel blank. We included two of the long Happy Valentine's
Day sayings for possible use. Also, you could use one for a
signature panel. Just a couple of ideas---
8. The inside velvet hearts are on flat as well.
9. Using the dries clear adhesive, glue on the bows and the rose
button. Allow everything to dry. |

CEX159 Valentine (or Red
Hat) Kitties Card
Stamps by: Kitties by Art Gone Wild; Hat by
Camp Stamp; Sayings by Azadi Earles and SonLight.
Supplies needed:
Double stick tape or glue
Dries clear adhesive
Pop Dots: 1/16 and 1/8 inch
Measurements:
Main card: 6 1/2 x 9 1/4
Folds to: 4 5/8 x 6 1/2
Decorative Panel: 4 3/8 x 6 1/4
|
|
Instructions:
1. Place kitties and hats onto the support cardstock
and detail trim.
2. Layer on the decorative panel.
3. Complete the inside of the card.
4. Using the 1/16 pop dots, position the kitties onto the main
card. Try to get them pretty close to the bottom of the decorative
panel.
5. Using the 1/8 inch pop dots, position the hats on the kitties
heads. Remember that pop dots will not stick to Peel'n'Stick, so
your placement is very important.
6. Using the dries clear adhesive, place the feathers onto the
hats. Then, add a bit more adhesive and place on the flowers.
Allow everything to dry. |
