3.  Detail trim  the critters.  Color and allow to dry.
4. Sponge the sky and the grass (if desired).
5.  Layer the papers onto the main card.

7.  Using 1/8 inch pop dots, attach the cross to the main card.
8.  Using 1/16 inch pop dots, attach the sun to the main card.
9.  Using 1/4 inch pop dots, attach the critters to the main card.

CEX 23  Easter Lilies Card

Stamps by:  Lilies by SonLight;  Sayings by Darcies, The Stamp Pad, Penny Black

Supplies needed:

double stick tape or glue
dries clear adhesive
pop dots  1/8 inch
watercolor  crayons or pencils  shades of green

Instructions:

1. Place the lilies onto the cardstock and detail trim.
2.  Using the dries clear adhesive, glue the rhinestones to the lilies.  Allow to dry.
3. Color the leaves and stems using the pencils or crayons.  Be sure to blend for shaded effects.
4.  Layer the papers and cardstock onto the main card.
5.  Complete the inside of the card.  Be sure to use the paper and cardstock for layering.
6.  To attach the lilies to the card:  place tape (or glue) at the base of each petal;  then, place an 1/8 inch pop dot at the top of each petal;  then, attach to the card.  This gives more dimension to the petals.
7.  Using the dries clear adhesive, attach the butterfly rhinestones to the card.

CEX 24  Tulips Easter/Spring Card

Stamps by:  Tulips by DeNami;  Butterflies by Hero Arts;  Cloud and Grass by Stampendous!;  Sayings by Darcies, The Stamp Pad, Penny Black.

Supplies needed:

double stick tape or glue
dries clear adhesive
pop dots  1/16 inch

Instructions:

1.  Detail trim the velvet pieces.  The tulips are going to go onto cardstock, so put those pieces onto the cardstock before trimming.
2.  Place the stems onto the scene card.  Leave the Peel'n'Stick on at first to get your placement.  When you have it placed as desired, remove the Peel'n'Stick and stick the stems to the card.
3.  Using the 1/16 pop dots, attach the tulips.
4.  Layer the papers and cardstock onto the main card.
5.  Complete the inside of the card.  Be sure to use the layering papers and cardstock.  Since there is layering on the front of the card, having the inside layered in the same way adds to the presentation and balance of the card.
6.  Position velvet butterflies onto card (on the sample card the butterflies are flat onto the card--it would be visually interesting to place them on cardstock as then have them pop dotted up).
7.  Using the dries clear adhesive, attach the button tulips and rhinestone butterflies.  Allow to dry.

CEX 25  Single Rose Sympathy/Get Well Cards

Stamps:  Rose by Stampendous!  Sayings by Darcies;  Penny Black;  Sonlight.

Supplies needed:

double stick tape or glue
pop dots 1/16 inch

Your sets consist of a pink set and a red set.

Instructions:

1.  Detail trim the stem and the rose.  ***Do somewhat of a "wide" detail trim everywhere except where the rose and the stem meet.  At that point you want to trim a little more than what we consider "detail" trim.
2.  Place the rose onto cardstock.  Place the top of the stem slightly over the rose and then onto the rest of the cardstock.
3.  Detail trim the whole rose once it is on the cardstock.
****I know that sounds confusing, but I know you will understand once you get started.
4.  Layer the decorative paper onto the white layer.
5.  Because the corners are more decorative than functional, tape them onto the back of the cardstock.
6.  Layer onto the main card.
7.  Using the pop dots, position the rose onto the card.
8.  Layer sayings onto background papers and cardstock.
9.  Attach to main card (front and inside).
10.  Complete the envelopes.
