CEX115 Christ is
Risen/Bunny Parade
Stamps by: Cross by The Stamp Pad; All
Bunnies and Happy Easter by Darcies; Other sayings by SonLight;
Adoring Animals by Great Impressions.
Supplies needed:
Double Stick Tape or Glue
Dries Clear Adhesive
Markers
Pop Dots: 1/8 and 1/16 inch
Decorative Scissors
Measurements:
Two cards each 5 1/2 x 11
Folds to 5 1/2 x 5 1/2
|
|

Inside Panels 3 and 4
|
|
Instructions:
1. Tape or glue the two cards together. My
idea is that the cards would sit open on a table for decor. So, make
sure that panel 2 and panel 4 fold toward you.
2. Using a decorative scissors of your choice, trim all the paper
images.
3. Using markers (or your choice of coloring medium), color the
images. The animals just have a bit a shading around the images to
add dimension. Allow to dry.
4. Place velvet robe onto support cardstock and detail trim.
You will have four separate pieces of robe.
5. Tape or glue the flat pieces of the robe onto the cross image
panel. Using 1/16 inch pop dots, attach the "fore-ground"
parts of the robe to the image panel.
6. Double stick tape or glue all the images into place. ***I have an
1/8 inch pop dot behind the "Christ is Risen" banner to give it
some dimension.
7. Using the dries clear adhesive, glue on the rhinestones, flowers,
and bow. Allow to dry. ***You may wish to do the panel 1
rhinestones (eggs) in advance or plan to glue them after the other items
have dried.

CEX116 Potted Easter Tulips
Stamps by: Tulip Bulb/Stem by Inky Antics;
Terra Cotta Pot by Darices; Sayings by Darcies, SonLight, The Stamp
Pad.
Supplies needed:
Double stick tape or glue
Dries clear adhesive
Pop Dots: 1/16 and 1/8 inch
Measurements:
Main card: 7 1/2 x 11
Folds to: 5 1/2 x 7 1/2
Decorative Panel: 5 1/4 x 7 1/4
|
|
Instructions:
1. Place all images onto the support cardstock and
detail trim.
2. Layer the decorative panel onto the main card.
3. Using the 1/8 inch pop dots, attach the terra cotta pot to the
main card.
4. Position the stems flat onto the main card. The reason why
I had you mount them on the support stock is to make them easier to work
with. When you are trying to place some of the stem down under the
terra cotta pot, not having them on cardstock would create
difficulties. Also, you may cut off the bottom part of the stems.
5. Using the variety of pop dots, position the bulbs onto the main
card. ***Remember that pop dots will not stick to velvet, so you may
wish to place the pop dot onto the main card and position the image on
top.
6. Complete the inside of the card.
7. Using the dries clear adhesive, glue the bow and button onto the
flower pot. Because it is gauzy, you will need to hold the bow
(button, if used) in place for quite awhile (5-10 minutes).
8. Happy, Happy Easter!!
